The RED ROOM is a professional recording environment designed for DJs who want high-quality content, visibility, and a polished live-session experience, inspired by the concept of HÖR Berlin and Boiler Room.
Thank you for your interest in booking a RED ROOM DJ Session at the AlphaTheta Experience Centre, located inside Proaudio - the first and only AlphaTheta experience space in Africa.
Tier 1 - Practice Session & Red Room Rental
- A 2-hour Red Room booking
- A full DJ performance session in the space
- Use of the full Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta setup
- No video, audio or interview recordings are included in this tier.
Tier 2 - Content Session + Potential Radio Exposure
- Full 2-hour Red Room booking
- A 1-hour of professional audio and video recording (covered by us)
- A short 3-question recorded interview to introduce you and your sound to viewers
- Full freedom to perform on any Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta setup of your choice
- Your content may be promoted across Proaudio and Pioneer DJ South Africa social platforms (at Proaudio’s discretion)
- You must provide your set’s tracklist prior to your session
- Please provide 2–3 high-resolution press photos for promotional use and radio submission consideration

Your recorded DJ mix may be considered for submission for airplay on Mutha FM, subject to Mutha FM's sole discretion.
To qualify for consideration:
- Your mix must not contain any swearing, profanity, or explicit content, in accordance with radio broadcast standards.
- Only the following Electronic Dance Music (EDM) genres will be considered: Amapiano, Afro House, Afro Tech, Deep House, House, Tech House, and Techno.
