While we always endeavor to keep our stocks available, it is not always entirely up to us to guarantee availability as we rely on suppliers to make this happen. Our products may not always be readily available from suppliers. We urge all users to confirm product availability before purchase. Note that the stock of all items on offer is limited. Proaudio will make all reasonable attempts to honor purchases arising from products on special if stock is still available. Users will be informed when products are out of stock even when the adverts may still be running on our platforms. Refunds may be made according to our returns and refunds policy.

Delivery and Collection
All orders over R___ will be delivered free of charge to any major and main centers in Gauteng (terms and conditions apply). Any order less than R___ will attract a delivery charge unless prior arrangements are made before purchase. For deliveries outside Gauteng and South Africa, please confirm possible delivery options available. Proaudio is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to us or our couriers. You acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond our control such as weather conditions, industrial action, and natural disasters. Proaudio will endeavor to always deliver on time and according to our promises. We will not be liable for late deliveries of products purchased from our site. Unless we inform you otherwise before you place your order and before the final confirmation, the estimated maximum delivery time for an order in South Africa either door-to-door or door-to-post office counter is 6 working days. Deliveries take place during business hours and there are no deliveries over weekends or on public holidays unless pre-arranged.
Insurance and Damaged Items
There is insurance on the product of up to R1000. Once the product leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible, and the client recognizes this. If the client wants to insure the product, they will need to request that insurance be added at their own expense to the charges. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has cleared in Proaudio’s bank account. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us at sales@proaudiosa.com within 7 working days of the date of purchase. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Warranty
All products, unless specified, carry the importers warranty. For details on warranty offered per product, please contact us before purchase. Warranty repairs or swaps are at the discretion of the supplier. Should a warranty be reasonably declined by the supplier, the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the client. Please note that there are no warranties for blown speaker drivers unless it is proven to be a factory fault.
Pricing Accuracy
Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure all prices and information displayed on our site are correct at the time of your purchase. If, however, the product is offered at an erroneous price, Proaudio reserves the right not to supply the product at the incorrect price. Proaudio will only be liable to return payment already made by you in the case you choose to cancel the sale once you have been made aware of the correct price.
